After taking eight weeks of strictly limited screen time, I not only found myself feeling less stressed but also more alive. I never truly realized how much time I, and others, spend their lives in a world that isn’t real.
The motivation to join in was spurred on by the realization that I was more interested in scrolling Instagram than playing with my daughter. I was also consuming so much content, podcasts in particular, and it was great content, but I was often feeling anxious, agitated, unsettled, and restless.
